About Me

Hello, I'm Yeizann! I started drawing in the year of 2018. The reason I started drawing was because I wanted to create my own webcomic! I like to draw my original characters and fanart. I hope to one day bring my character's story to life! You can find me at @YeizannArt in all the social medias I have!

Commission Process
Filing for Commission Request:
-The client will first look at my commission information. This includes what kind of art I will be offering (body length options(e.g. headshot, bust up, waist up, etc.), coloring styles, what I will and will not draw, what the client must provide and lastly backgrounds).
-The client must then first read, understand, and agree to all my terms and conditions.
-Once the client gets familiar with my commission information and terms and conditions they will then submit a google form where they will officially agree to my terms and conditions. In that same google form it will then ask you to describe the type of commission you want(e.g. Color Style 1 Headshot etc.).
-Clients may ask any questions about the terms and conditions they have before they fill out the google form. Please DM or email me your questions before you fill out the google form so you understand what you are agreeing too.
-Clients can ask any questions they have about describing the type of commission they want before or after they fill out the google form. The google form will have a section where you can ask any questions. If you wish to ask questions before filling out the form, you may either DM or email me.
-Client must fill out all the mandatory information on the google form.
-Even though the client fills out the entire google form, that does not guarantee I will accept your commission as I, the artist, have the right to refuse to do your commission for any reason.
-Once the client submits the google form, I will contact them(DM or email), if they have any questions and will answer them. I will ask for more details and clarifications about your commission request if needed. I will also ask to see your references.
-After communication with the client, I will state whether or not I will accept the commission.
-I will then provide the client with the final price of their commission order.
-The client then must pay full price upfront through PayPal before I start working on the art.
The Art Process:
1.)Sketch Phase- In this phase I will be roughing out the composition of the artwork. I will sketch out some ideas and then show the client. As the client you will then ask for any tweaks/revisions needed. Once the composition is finalized, I will do a clean up sketch. In this phase, up to 6 revisions are allowed. Once the final sketch is approved by the client we move on to the next phase.
2.)Lineart Phase- In this phase, I will be completing the lineart. No revisions are allowed because how I do lineart is dependent on my art style. I will show some works in progress photos so you as the client can stay up to date with how much has been done.
3.)Coloring Phase- I will place down the base colors of the artwork. Once base colors are approved by you, I will then start on a rough shading mock up. You will then approve or ask for tweaks/revisions. After that, I will begin the final coloring of the artwork. At this point, I will keep updating you with work in progress photos with how it is turning out. This phase is allowed up to 5 revisions.
4.)Finishing Touches Phase- This phase includes adding little changes to the artwork if wanted or needed. This includes such things as adding an on top texture to the art, overlay layers, adding a bit more glow etc. This phase is allowed up to 3 revisions.
5.)Final Approval Phase- In this phase, I will show you the final artwork and you will state that you agree that it has been completed and finalized. After this, no more changes and edits can be made to the artwork.
Sending the Final Artwork:
-Final Artwork will be sent through a link from google drive. This is to ensure the artwork does not lose quality.
-Remember, the final artwork will have my watermark that you can not remove.
Revisions
-I will not do the revision if I deem it as a completely drastic change than what was originally discussed for the commissioned artwork.
-I have the final say whether I deem your request as a tweak or a revision.
What I consider a tweak vs a revision:
-A tweak is a minor adjustment that still generally follows what the client originally asked for. An example would be that they wanted to change the shirt color from a solid pink to a solid blue. A tweak will become considered a revision if the same tweak keeps getting changed too many times it becomes an inconvenience to the art process workflow. An example would be that they want the shirt base color to be pink, then changed to blue, then green, then orange, to finally yellow, but then they want it back to pink once I have already shade it. This would cause an interruption to the work I already have done making it now what I consider a revision.
-A revision is a change that is not drastic, but not minor as well. It is different from what they originally ask for but nothing extreme. An example would be they originally wanted the shirt to be pink, but now they want it to be blue with a floral pattern. The original request went from a solid color shirt to one with extra details.
-A revision that I consider is a completely drastic change which I will not do is something that is completely different from what was originally agreed on. It would cause me to have to restart on something from scratch. An example would be if the client originally asks for a sitting down on a chair pose, but now wants to change it to them standing up with their back facing towards us making a peace sign.
Number of allowed revisions:
-During the sketch phase, the client is allowed up to 6 revisions.
-During the coloring phase, the client is allowed up to 5 revisions.
-During the finishing touches phase, clients are allowed up to 3 revisions.
-Please refer to the Commission Process section to understand what each phase means.
-Any additional revisions will be 5-40% of the base price depending on the complexity.
-The client can not ask for any revisions/tweaks for a phase that has already been concluded as finished. If you do, it will be considered an additional revision where you have to pay the extra 5-40% of the base price.
Waiting List
-Clients will be put on a waiting list decided by a first come first serve basis.
-I may work on multiple clients' commissions at the same time depending on the situation.
-Clients will be given the link to the waiting list once I put them on it.
-I will contact you when it is time for me to start on your commission.
-Client must respond back in 3 days or I will move on to the next person on the waiting list.

-If the client does not respond in 1 week from when I message them that it is their turn, it will result in your commission being canceled.
Delivery Time
-No rush commissions.
-I will try to get it done in roughly 3-4 weeks, but it may take longer if I need more time.
-I will inform the client ahead of time if the commissioned artwork will take longer than stated.
Closing
-Commissioning me means that you have read, understood and agreed to all of my terms and conditions. Please ask for any clarifications or questions about my terms and conditions before you decide to commission me to avoid any potential misunderstandings.
